Admission Capacity A total of 414 students will be admitted for the 2027 academic year. Of these, 154 boys and 260 girls will be accommodated in the school hostel. The distribution per grade is as follows:

• Grade 7: 56 boys and 82 girls
• Grade 6: 49 boys and 89 girls
• Grade 5: 49 boys and 89 girls

Conditions of Enrolment Applications are open to students applying for Grades 5, 6 and 7 for the 2027 intake. Eligibility is limited to students who submit a certified Term 1 progress report card demonstrating that they have met the promotion requirements as prescribed by the Ministry of Education.

School Curriculum Subjects offered are English, Oshindonga, Natural Science, Agriculture, Social Studies, and Mathematics.

School Fees An application fee of N$200.00 is payable upon submission of the application form. The school fee is N$2,900 per month per learner,inclusive of hostel accommodation. Admitted learners are required to pay the January 2027 school fee between 8 June 2026 and 5 July 2026

Refund Policy A full refund of school fees paid will be granted if parents/guardians decide to withdraw the admitted student on or before 30 November 2026

Aptitude Test & Selection Process There will be no aptitude test conducted as part of the admission process. Students will be ranked based on their average academic performance in Term 1, as reflected on their report cards. Successful applicants will be announced via official WhatsApp platforms created for all applicants.

Payment Compliance & Forfeiture of Placement Parents/guardians are required to pay the January school fees within the stipulated period, from 8 June to 5 July 2026. Failure to make payment within this timeframe will result in the automatic forfeiture of the student's placement, and the school reserves the right to offer the position to the next qualifying applicant on the waiting list.

Submission of Application Forms The school provides two methods for completing applications. Parents/guardians are strongly encouraged to use the online application system as the preferred method. Alternatively, applicants may print and complete a hard copy of the application form and submit it directly to the school. Please note that the school does not distribute hard copy application forms. Parents/guardians must ensure they record their details in the application submission register upon submitting hard copy forms.

General Provisions The introduction of Grades 5 and 6 forms part of the school's expansion to promote wider access, academic excellence, and adherence to ELCIN principles. By submitting an application, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions. The school reserves the right to amend policies where necessary, with reasonable notice.
