Before You Apply

Application period: 6 May – 31 May 2026. Please ensure you have the following documents ready before starting your application:

  • Recent passport-sized photograph of the applicant (digital copy)
  • Birth certificate (copy — PDF or scanned)
  • Copy of Term 1 – 2026 report card (Grade 4, 5 or 6 for Pioneers; Grade 10 or 11 for holiday classes)
  • Proof of payment of N$200.00 application fee (Grades 5, 6 & 7 only)
  • Study permit (foreign nationals only)

Note: Grades 5, 6 and 7 all use the same Pioneers online application form. Original final examination reports must be submitted during registration if your application is successful.
