Introduction

Oshigambo High School is pleased to announce enrolment for GRADE 12 AS from 2026. Parents and guardians are therefore requested to carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before applying.

1. Admission Capacity and Accommodation

a. A total of 120 learners will be admitted to GRADE 12 AS for the 2026 academic year.

b. All admitted learners will be accommodated in the school hostel.

No transport or local options are available.

2. School Schedule and subjects offered

a. The official school starting time is 07:45 a.m. daily.

b. This will make it possible for all students to reach the school on time.

c. Subjects: Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Studies, Oshindonga, Biology

3. School Fees

a. The standard school fee is N$ 1,960 per month for all GRADE 12 AS learners.

b. An additional N$ 600 per month is payable for hostel accommodation.

c. The fees structures outlined above are in line with the school fees structure for 2027.

4. Conditions of Enrolment

Applications are open to all interested Grade 11 learners for the 2026 intake.
Placement into hostel will be subject to availability and school discretion.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring timely payment of fees as per the school’s financial policy.
Hostel services are privileges and may be withdrawn if payments are not made on time.
If the last attendant school is not Oshigambo High School, the applicant must select 5 subjects for AS.
If NSSCO was completed at Oshigambo High School, a minimum of 4 subjects on AS is required.

5. General Provisions

a. The enrolment to GRADE 12 AS is part of the school’s broader development plan to widen participation, strengthen academic excellence and ELCIN principles

b. Parents/guardians acknowledge that by applying, they agree to these terms and conditions.

c. The school reserves the right to amend policies and conditions where necessary, with reasonable notice to parents.
